Individual Therapy

What brings you to therapy? We’ll begin by learning about you and identifying your goals. Typically, individuals will meet weekly or biweekly for 45 minutes or an hour. We will work at your pace and slow down whenever possible; that is where we can be curious and explore.

Our Healing Therapy specializes in treating anxiety, ADHD, grief, life transitions, trauma, financial therapy and sexual intimacy. We help build self-compassion. Where appropriate, we offer Intensive Therapy and Financial Therapy.
