Courage is the ability to remain connected to your authentic self even in the face of uncertainty, adversity, or change. When people lead from that grounded inner core, work becomes more than performance or achievement—it becomes purposeful and aligned. Relationships deepen beyond surface connection into spaces of honesty, trust, and meaningful growth. Through vulnerability, self-awareness, and intentional action, individuals create the conditions for both personal fulfillment and professional excellence.
Having lived and worked in Manila, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Lausanne, and now Washington, DC, I bring a deeply multicultural and globally informed perspective to my work. I understand the complexity of navigating leadership, identity, ambition, relationships, and belonging across cultures and life stages.
Individual Therapy
I support individuals who identify as professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives from around the world in navigating the complex relationship between career success and personal well-being. Many of the challenges that emerge in work—leadership strain, burnout, imposter syndrome, conflict, transitions, or stagnation—are deeply connected to both visible and underlying emotional patterns.
Drawing from experiential psychotherapy, organizational insight, and career development expertise, I help clients build clarity, resilience, and emotional intelligence while developing practical strategies for growth. My approach integrates deep reflective work with actionable problem-solving, enabling clients to overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, and move toward more aligned, effective, and meaningful lives—both professionally and personally.
Couples Therapy
I offer couples therapy for those seeking deeper alignment, stronger relationships, and sustainable, balanced growth. Focusing on your goals, we will process ruptures that have created barriers to connection and walk towards clarity on what is next for you as a couple.
Together, we can work to:

Strengthen communication, parenting and conflict skills
